By making a booking with Hemisphere Travel and Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Role
Hemisphere Travel and Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, transport providers, and other service providers.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
We are not liable for supplier service quality, airline schedule changes, hotel standards, delays or cancellations, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or force majeure events.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of required deposit or full payment.
Some fares and promotional packages require full payment upfront.
Prices are subject to availability and change without notice until confirmed.
All prices are quoted in AUD unless otherwise stated.
4. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, entry permits, and vaccination requirements.
Visa approval is at the discretion of the issuing authority.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, travel disruptions, and personal belongings.
6. Changes to Bookings
Changes are subject to supplier rules, fare differences, rebooking fees, and administrative fees where applicable.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends entirely on supplier terms and fare conditions.
Processing times may take 4–8 weeks or longer depending on suppliers.
8. Travel Financing
Travel financing may be available through Aircash Finance.
Finance is provided by a separate lending entity and is subject to approval, eligibility criteria, and lending terms.
Hemisphere Travel and Tours does not provide credit services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Most discounted and promotional fares are non-refundable.

Promotional fares are generally non-refundable.
Airline cancellation fees apply.
Fare differences apply for rebooking.
3. Hotels & Tours
Cancellation conditions depend on supplier policies.
Some bookings allow partial refunds.
Some bookings are strictly non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to use booked services without notice may result in full forfeiture of payment.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 4–8 weeks or longer depending on supplier processing times.
Administrative fees may apply.
